In our Terms and Conditions, we are also referred to as BetJordan Gaming DOO. We hold a valid licence under E-Gambling Montenegro, verifiable by the official seal, and we are licensed and regulated under the Law on Games of Chance of Montenegro (Official Gazette No. 052/04, as amended by Gazettes 013/07, 073/10, 040/11, 061/13, 037/17, 003/23 and 125/23). Our operations are subject to oversight by the Games of Chance Administration of the Ministry of Finance of Montenegro. We have operated since 2018 and primarily serve players in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Oceania.

Eligibility and Account Registration

At Bet Jordan, we only allow one account per person, household and IP address. To register with us, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not accept players from Curacao, France and other French territories, Malta, North Korea, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States and other US territories. Any attempt to bypass this restriction will result in a permanent block of your account and immediate confiscation of funds.

When you create a BetJordan login, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account where false information has been submitted.

Identity Verification

Before we release any funds or prizes, we verify your age and identity. We may request a passport, national ID or driving licence, together with a utility bill, bank or building society statement issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of your payment method. Where required, we may also request a source of funds or source of wealth declaration, a live photo holding your documents, or notarised identification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our accepted currencies include EUR, NZD and USD, as well as BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, DOGE, ADA, XRP, USDT and USDC. Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name, and we only process withdrawals to accounts, cards or wallets that are solely in your name. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, MuchBetter, Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin and Tether for deposits, with the same methods available for withdrawal, excluding Paysafecard.

Our minimum withdrawal amount is NZ$20, and we cap withdrawals at USD 10,000 per 24 hours unless a higher limit has been agreed with us individually. Your actual withdrawal amount may be further limited by the payment method used for your original deposit. We require every deposit to be wagered at least once before any withdrawal request is processed. For deposits exceeding USD 50,000, we may request documentation confirming the source of funds.

Dormant Accounts

If you do not log in for 12 consecutive months, we will suspend your account and hold your balance for 60 days. If the balance remains unclaimed after a further three months, it will be forfeited to us as an access fee.

Processing Times

We aim to process payouts within hours. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within minutes to hours, sometimes instantly. Card and bank transfers may take up to five business days for your bank to clear the funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

We at BetJordan offer a Casino Welcome Offer of a 100% bonus up to EUR 5,000 plus 100 Cash Spins on Yommi Rush, along with a Sportsbook Welcome Offer where you deposit EUR 25 and receive a EUR 25 free bet. A minimum deposit of EUR 20 is required to qualify for our daily deposit bonus, while the sportsbook welcome offer requires a minimum deposit of EUR 25.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes arising from your use of BetJordan Casino will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro, without prejudice to any free independent dispute resolution mechanisms available to you.
